Conducted a course on HOT in the Workplace for the managerial staffs of the University of Malaya Center For Continuing Education (UMCCed).
Among the participants involved were the director Prof Dato Mansor and his deputy Assoc Prof Dr Amindudin.
Topics of discussion focused on how to apply HOT such as critical thinking ,creative thinking and Metacognition in managing human potentials and in developing a culture of thinking so that education works not only in pedagogy , assessment and curriculum but also in real life situation such as in the workplace .
This is in preparation for a paradigm shift in how UMCCed would play an important role in developing a new model of university education which will be more relevant with STEM and IR4.0
